"It could be hard for me to know this is a fake," David Derouen said in disbelief as he examined one of the notes. "It's actually impossible."
And the onlinesite couldn't be any easier to use. Clients provide a credit or debit card and within minutes they've access to over 30 completely different medical excuses.
All it's important to do is type in your name in the blank house provided and fill out some other data together with address and docs name, slap on a messy signature for aesthetics and you've got your self knowledgeable-looking get-out-of-work excuse.
The site even encompasses a no-cost call-back verification function that enables users to set up a call-back number and automatic voice messaging system.

ABC News 4's Jon Bruce hit the streets armed with a one real note from a health care provider on the Medical University of South Carolina and 4 fakes to find out if on a regular basis individuals could spot the difference.

So are these sham notes legal to be sold on-line? ABC News four requested native attorney David Aylor provide his opinion.
"They state clearly that this is fictitious doctors and fictitious names, fictitious hospitals," Aylor said. "Whenever you look at the promotion of it; what they are selling is the authenticity of the wanting in that it might be used as a form of trickery of an employer getting out of labor and getting paid for it."
